This is an almost complete roll, having 38, not 40 coins, of 40% silver bicentennial’drummer boy’ quarters. These are uncirculated, new, quarters from the San Francisco mint.
Roll of 40 1936 Washington Quarters. Taken from circulation by my father and stored in rolls from around the time silver was known to no longer to be included in future coins. I noticed about 32 Philadelphia, 3 Denver and 5 San Francisco. Photos are of exact coins being offered. These coins are circulated. Use the photos as your guide. These have not been cleaned, and appearance would be improved with cleaning. Although several may be heavily worn, oxidized or dirty, all dates and mint marks are legible.
